Our Mission

Ward Holdings International is a global company committed to the development and advancement of economic platforms in countries through transformation and industrialization. WHI supports the success of those we partner far beyond our own economic interests. Our guiding philosophy is:
When our Partners win, we all win.

Our Values

We believe that value is created when partners reach across cultures and geographic borders. Our business fundamentals are built on using our expertise to attract investors, industrialize economic sectors, build enterprises and strengthen communities for the betterment of all of humankind.

How We Do It

We first seek to understand the people, the culture, the government and the business community in which we establish partnerships. We participate in all types and stages of capital formation: debt, equity, early stage growth, recapitalization and public offering. We hold investments for the long term and our investors and partners have the opportunity to tailor their exit time horizon from two to ten or more years.

A message from Lloyd D. Ward, CEO

Greetings from Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This is my third trip to Tanzania since January 2020 and each visit has provided me limitless learning and exposure to the warmth of its people, the beauty of its culture and the tremendous opportunities to assist in the industrialization and transformation of a country, beginning with its bountiful cashew nut sub-sector.

From the rich and fertile soils of Tanzania, the cashew tree produces a variety of products sold into the global market.
